One group.
Five companies.
The whole back office.
FLX Trucking is the parent company behind FLX Dispatch, Safety, Recruiting, Fleet and Accounting — the five teams that run the back office of an American carrier.

What FLX Trucking is
A holding company. It does not dispatch trucks itself — it owns and runs the five that cover a carrier's back office.
FLX Dispatch
Books freight and runs the truck from pickup to delivery — open market and Amazon Relay, around the clock.
Five companies, one back office
Each company runs on its own and can be hired on its own. Together they cover a carrier's week end to end.
FLX Accounting
Invoicing, factoring, expenses and reporting — for the company as a whole and for every truck separately.
Site coming soonOr all five
Hired together, the five companies work off one set of driver and truck records, bill on one invoice and answer to one account manager.
How the group is organized
One contract
A carrier signs with the group rather than with five vendors, and can add or drop a company without renegotiating the rest.
Shared records
Dispatch, safety and accounting read the same driver and truck data, so an expired medical card or an unpaid detention is visible to everyone at once.
One point of contact
A single account manager covers every company in the group, so escalating an issue never means telling the story again.
Who runs the group
Every company has its own lead and its own floor. These four are responsible for the group as a whole.
Alby
Owns group operations: the dispatch floor, the people on it and the service a carrier actually feels.
In U.S. trucking since 2021 — fuel cards, then dispatch, then two years running operations at an ELD provider before starting FLX.
Ben
Owns growth and the systems behind it: marketing, sales, the partner network and the group's own software.
Software engineer by trade — backend developer, then founder of a web studio, then two years as Head of IT at a multi-site education group.
Sam
Owns how the group actually operates: every department, from ELD to dispatch to buying the trucks themselves.
Grew a prior carrier's own fleet to 30 trucks — MC authority, ELD, dispatch, truck purchasing, every department run firsthand.
Tim
Owns FLX Fleet end to end — the company that gets carriers into their own trucks and keeps them running.
3+ years leading fleet operations at other carriers before taking the CEO seat at FLX Fleet.
Four more leads under them
Dispatch, safety, recruiting and accounting each have a lead who owns that company's results and answers to the group.

Questions
If the answer is not here, it usually depends on fleet size. Ask and we will give you the specific number.
Contact usYes. Most carriers start with dispatch and add safety, recruiting or accounting as the fleet grows. Nothing is bundled.
Separate vendors keep separate records and separate responsibility. A dispatcher cannot see that a driver's medical card expired, and accounting hears about a detention a month later. Inside one group those are the same record.
Each company has its own terms, but the carrier receives a single invoice from the group. Exact numbers depend on fleet size.
Companies of every size — from a single owner-operator to a fleet running 30+ trucks of their own.
The operations center runs on U.S. hours and covers a full carrier day, from an early East Coast pickup to a late West Coast delivery.
A person from the group gets in touch, not a bot. We go through the current setup — fleet size, who dispatches today, where money leaks — and say which of the five companies are actually relevant.
